The Leopard Tai 3 is a compact, all-electric SUV launched by Leopard, a brand under BYD.
Drivetrain: Available in two configurations: a single-motor rear-wheel-drive (RWD) version and a dual-motor all-wheel-drive (AWD) version.
RWD Version: Maximum power output ranges from 160 kW to 240 kW, with a 0–100 km/h acceleration time between 7.3 and 7.9 seconds.
AWD Version: Maximum power output is either 310 kW or 375 kW, with a 0–100 km/h acceleration time as quick as 4.7 seconds.
Range: Offers multiple CLTC all-electric range options, including 501 km, 565 km, and 620 km.
Charging: Supports fast charging. Notably, the "Flash Charge Edition" of the 2026 model requires only 0.15 hours (approximately 9 minutes) to fast-charge the battery from 10% to 97%.
Suspension System: Features an independent MacPherson strut suspension at the front and an independent five-link suspension at the rear.
Key Features: Select high-trim models offer an optional "Drone Edition," which comes equipped with—or allows for the optional installation of—a drone kit, adding enhanced capabilities for outdoor exploration and entertainment.
